The Australian National Consumer Congress will bring together delegates interested in effective consumer markets from government, business, universities and consumer organisations in Sydney on 15 and 16 March.
A high quality interactive program will be focussed around four themes: consumer action, smart choices, good policy development and ‘when things go wrong’.
Speakers include the ABC’s Eleanor Hall, Tony D’Alosio Chair of Australian Securities and Investment Commission, Lisa Gray, Group Executive at National Australia Bank, Chris Meyer, Consumers Union USA, Jonathon Mintz, Commissioner of the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, and Dr Paul Harrison, Deakin University School of Business.
