following the interest detected about the "2009 Naples Forum on Service, held in Capri in June 2009, we have recently published a web page of the event where you can find:

The page is designed to be a co-creation space! You can download whatever you find interesting. In order to join discussions and/or start new discussions you have to register (it takes a minute).

Purpose of the web page is to provide a communication space among the community interested in service research, in order to foster scientific discussions and to participate to future events design and management.
