Class Projects in Research
Introduction
GG Ganesh seeks new ideas for semester-long projects in a Market Research class
ARC: Connections: ELMAR: Posting
Dear Colleagues:
I am looking for new ideas for comprehensive, semester-long projects in my Market Research classes next academic year. I would like to begin the project with a thorough online secondary sources workout, followed by designing an online survey, collecting data and then concluding with stat analysis and report. I shall be grateful for your specific suggestions on projects. I am especially interested in ideas that worked very well, in retrospect. i.e. those done along above lines and for which the sample was not difficult to reach. Please also indicate whether your project was at the undergraduate or MBA level, whether individual or team and size of team. You may either post here or email me directly at ganesh@unt.edu. I shall compile and post here all responses received via email. I shall, of course gratefully acknowledge any idea that I used in my class, so that my students are aware of where the initial spark that lit the fire came from! Please respond by August 10. Thanks and best regards,
– gg
