Revisit: Structural Equation Modelling with AMOS
Introduction
Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS Workshop, Led by Professors Joe Hair and Barry Babin, 19-21 Jul 2009, Manchester, UK
It is our pleasure to announce that Professors Joe Hair and Barry Babin will lead a workshop on SEM with AMOS on July 19-21, 2009 at Manchester Business School, UK.
We have a limited number of places available on this intensive workshop, designed for marketing researchers and educators. It will firstly review the “fundamentals” of Structural Equation Modelling using AMOS, then move on to cover more advanced topics of particular importance to marketing researchers. There will be a strong focus on meeting the requirements for publishing in marketing journals. To achieve this progress, some familiarity with the basic workings of the AMOS package is required. AMOS is a user-friendly interface to SEM, if you have not used AMOS before, there are introductions to its basics available online, such as http://www.structuralequations.com/resources/Introduction+to+Amos.pps
Professors Joe Hair and Barry Babin are Chairman and Immediate Past President respectively of the Academy of Marketing Science. They are award winning teachers of marketing statistics and co-authors of the widely used and cited text "Multivariate Data Analysis" (6th edn). They have published extensively in the leading marketing journals and serve on their editorial boards.
To facilitate travel, the workshop will commence at 12.30 on Sunday, 19th July and conclude after lunch on Tuesday, 21st July. The cost will be £675, including lunch each day and a Workshop dinner on Sunday, 19th.
