Varadarajan Award for Early Career Contributions to Marketing Strategy Research

Winner – 2009

The Marketing Strategy SIG of the American Marketing Association is pleased to announce that Professor Koen Pauwels and Professor Werner Reinartz are the co-winners of Varadarajan Award for Early Career Contributions to Marketing Strategy Research.

The winner was determined by a committee comprised of senior marketing strategy scholars with no conflict (in terms of the institution they belong to and coauthors) with the applicants for the award.

The award will be presented at an invitation only SIG Awards Luncheon Session at the Summer AMA meeting in Chicago (August 7-10).

The past winners of the Mahajan Awards are: Peter Golder, Sundar Bharadwaj, Kay Lemon, Rajesh Chandy, Aric Rindfleisch, Rajdeep Grewal, and Stefan Stremersch (in chronological order).
