Hello! I am looking for a useful Coursebook for Marketing Metrics course. Course covers Marketing audit themes, but also effectiveness/efficiency measurement in marketing and feebback/corrective responses/loop.
An interesting book for this purpose to me seems Marketing-Controlling book of Andreas Preisner, but it is in German language and I did not found english version yet. Does anybody have any experience with CIM COURSEBOOK 07/08 ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION?
