Dear Friend and Colleague,

If you haven’t had a moment to complete and send in your registration for the MBAA Spring 2009 National Conference, March 18th to 20th, let me urge you not to miss this great opportunity!

You may know that the Marketing Management Association typically has one of the more successful tracks in MBAA, and I daresay that MMA provides the best conference value anywhere for marketing academics and practitioners.

One event you won’t want to miss this year is our Thursday MMA Brunch and our featured speaker: this year’s Innovative Marketing Award Winner, Mike D’Amico. I know you’ll find Mike to be a fun and engaging speaker, as well as a world-class educator.

Also, MBAA Executive Director Jeff Clark has outdone himself this year, offering not one but TWO nights of fun in the city. Wednesday evening, it’s Chamber Blues, a six piece ensemble that blends classical and blues traditions to the delight of audiences around the world. And on Thursday, The Ides of March (“I’m your Vehicle, Baby”) will perform a high energy dance party and concert.

And, as always, the Historic Drake Hotel and Chicago’s Magnificent Mile are treats not to be missed.

So let’s keep the tradition going! If you have not had the opportunity to fill in and return your registration materials to MBAA, please do so as soon as possible. You may download these from the MBAA website http://www.mbaainternational.org/ or you can register electronically at the site.

When you register, please be sure to indicate “Marketing Management Association” as your primary registration.
