After the success of the 1st Biannual International Conference on Services, we are proud to host and invite you to the 2nd Biannual International Conference on Services (2nd BIC), in Thessaloniki, Greece. The conference will be dedicated to the presentation and discussion of papers that state the most recent advances in Services Marketing, i.e. concepts, methodological tools and empirical results. It also seeks to cultivate a dialogue between academics and business professionals hosting a special event that emphasizes Services Marketing application in competitive market environments. Parallel tracks of double blind refereed papers will facilitate authors in the area of services marketing to gain constructive comments about their research and enrich their research networks with academics and practitioners working in the same area.
In addition to a high quality academic experience, we promise to deliver a memorable social programme that will give you the opportunity to explore the beautiful city and vicinity of Thessaloniki! Thessaloniki, a lively modern city overlooking the Gulf of Thermaikos, is the capital of Macedonia and second largest city of Greece. It is also a vibrant city for students, with two important Universities: the Aristotle University and the University of Macedonia. The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is the largest university in Greece whereas the University of Macedonia specializes in economic and social sciences studies.
