ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, ARTS ADMINISTRATION. The Meadows School of the Arts at SMU seeks an arts marketing and development professor to join a dynamic faculty in a graduate MA/MBA Arts Administration program. Essential are creative energy, intellectual strength, and a deep understanding of the markets and forces that shape and respond to the arts. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. The candidate selected will be expected to be a significant partner in connecting the division to an increasingly diverse and globally-connected community at the university and in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The position is a tenure track Assistant Professor. Master’s degree required, PhD preferred. A record of successful teaching at the graduate level is highly recommended.
