The University of Tromsø has a position vacant as Professor/Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation for three years with the possibility of permanent appointment. The University of Tromsø also has a position vacant as Adjunct Professor/Adjunct Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation for three years. The position has external finance for three years from resources granted to the Master of Science in Business Creation and Entrepreneurship (BCE). The study programme will be evaluated during this period and the position may become permanent after this. Applications are encouraged from scholars with a background in business economics, marketing, organisation science, economic sociology, economic geography, or related fields. The successful applicant must have carried out research and have in-depth knowledge in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation, business creation, business and industrial development, public innovation policy, and/or industrial clusters and regional innovation systems. Weight will be placed on the ability to interrelate theoretical work and practical innovation, and the will to cooperate across traditional academic disciplines.
