Second Conference on ‘Marketing to Rural consumers’ is scheduled during 6 – 8 April, 2009. The themes for this conference include;

  1. Changes in rural consumer behaviour and decision making process
  2. Product and positioning strategies for rural consumers
  3. Value offering and pricing issues in rural markets
  4. Channels of distribution in rural markets
  5. Issues in communication in rural markets
  6. Social issues in tapping rural markets

Papers may be theoretical or empirical including case studies. Papers should be original (i.e. not have been published elsewhere) and relevant to the overall conference theme.
