Organization Science and Marketing (OSM) group at Eindhoven University of Technology (www.tue.nl) invites applicants for tenure track positions in the area of New Product Development & Marketing. Positions are on the level of assistant or associate professorship in the Department of Technology Management. Successful candidates will take up appointments as soon as possible.

The OSM group (http://w3.tm.tue.nl/en/subdepartments/osm) has a strong international reputation as a leading research group in Europe in the area of innovation management. It has close ties to the high-tech industry in the Eindhoven region and elsewhere in the Netherlands. OSM group offers basic and advanced courses in innovation management, marketing, new product development, strategic sourcing and technology entrepreneurship for a variety of engineering programs at Eindhoven University of Technology. Currently, it includes 12 senior and 9 junior scholars.

The positions involve a balanced set of teaching and research tasks. Both activities are to a large extent conducted in teams. Assistant and associate professors are also expected to contribute to the acquisition of research funding.

Applicants should have a PhD degree in the area of marketing, management, economics, sociology or engineering, or expect to complete their PhD in the next 6 months. The candidates should have demonstrated potential for excellent research in the above areas in terms of publications in international (ISI) journals. Moreover, they should show strong skills in quantitative as well as qualitative research and have some teaching experience.

Base salaries are in the range of € 50,000 – € 90,000 per annum. Attractive tax benefits apply to non-Dutch citizens conditional on the permission granted by the Dutch Tax Office.
