I read the postings on recruitment etiquette with dismay. Surely recruitment etiquette is a two way street. And for business schools to be indulging in this kind of behaviour is undermining the conceptual frameworks on which our research and education rests. Whither is the application of all the organizational theories that we develop and teach?
