The Department of Supply Chain Management and Marketing Sciences at Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick, Rutgers University, has an opening for a senior faculty position in marketing at the rank of associate or full professor beginning either in January or September 2009. This position requires a doctorate degree in marketing or a related discipline, a well-established and active research record, and a strong commitment to quality teaching. We strongly encourage applications from candidates whose research and teaching interests are in one or more of the following areas: Channels of Distribution, Product/Technology Innovation, and Advertising Models. Interest in the interface between marketing and supply chain management is a plus. The successful candidate is expected to play an active role in leading the research activities in the marketing area of the department and in building strong relationships with the industry.
