The 33rd annual conference of the Marketing Educators’ Association (MEA) will be held from April 23-25, 2009 at the Fairmont Hotel in beautiful Newport Beach, California.

The Marketing Educators’ Association is the premiere international organization devoted to advancing the practice and scholarship of marketing education. The conference is a valuable networking and learning resource for doctoral students anticipating a career in marketing education.

MEA is friendly, collegial, and filled with creative ideas. Attendees share experiences, pedagogical research, and ideas to advance the practice and scholarship of marketing education. The emphasis of competitive papers and special sessions are on topics dealing directly with marketing education.

Papers presented at the conference are often a stepping stone to publication in the Journal of Marketing Education or other journals. But regardless of whether you are submitting a paper or session, please consider joining us to share ideas and learn from discussions with colleagues who care about pedagogical practice and scholarship.
