5th Nordic Workshop on Relationship Dynamics, Harjattula, Finland, 2-4 Oct 2008; Deadline 2 Jun
5th Nordic Workshop on Relationship Dynamics, NoRD 2008
October 2-4 2008, Harjattula, Finland
Call for Papers
The theme of the workshop is dynamics of buyer-seller relationships, including both business-to-consumer and business-to-business relationships. Relationship dynamics refer to all changes taken place in relationships; their beginnings, ups and downs as well as their endings. The main purpose of the workshop is to give business and consumer researchers and doctoral students interested in the field of relationship dynamics an opportunity to present and discuss their research in informal workshop ses-sions.
The 5th workshop will thus strive to attain the same open discussion climate as the previous workshops on Relationship Dissolution, although with a wider focus. This time we have invited two academic guests, experts in the relationship field. Each conference presenter will have 45 minutes to discuss the paper and receive comments from the commentators and workshop participants. Moreover, to enhance co-operation and dissemination of ideas, the workshop includes teamwork on specific themes that are of current interest to researchers in the field of relationship dynamics.
The workshop will be hosted by Hanken, (www.hanken.fi), Department of Marketing and CERS Cen-tre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management, and held at the Harjattula Manor (www.harjattula.fi). The conference centre and its beautiful surroundings are situated in the Turku Achipelago. Turku is easily reached from all over the world and has excellent connections, regardless of whether you wish to arrive by car, train, airplane or ferry.
