The George Mason University School of Management is accepting applications for a nontenure-track Term/Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor of Marketing and International Business, beginning in August 2008. Salary will be commensurate with experience and level. Although applicants from any functional area of marketing are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with teaching and research interests in International Business and/or Marketing Strategy with an emphasis in International and Global Marketing.

Qualifications: The successful applicant will have a record of scholarship, teaching, and professional achievement commensurate with the appointment. In particular (1) potential for publishing significant research in top-tier journals, (2) an ability to teach effectively, preferably at the undergraduate and MBA levels, and (3) an earned doctorate (entry-level candidates may be ABD and near completion).
