Tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Marketing

The Department of Business Administration at Stonehill College, in Easton, Massachusetts, is seeking applicants for one tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in Marketing to begin in the Fall 2008. The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Marketing or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited school, and will have a strong interest in teaching and scholarship. Specialty area is open, although we are particularly interested in candidates with teaching and research interests in several of the following areas: Direct Marketing, E-commerce, Retail Management, International Marketing, Business to-Business Marketing, and Marketing Principles. Established records of teaching excellence and research productivity are preferred, as is business experience.

The Department offers a rigorous and challenging pre-professional education to talented students. We seek an individual who will feel comfortable in a collegial environment among a full-time departmental faculty of eighteen. The Department is in the pre-accreditation stage for AACSB accreditation and consequently seeks an individual who is eager to contribute to our efforts toward continuous improvement, interdisciplinary teaching and research, and accreditation.
