The Wayne State University School of Business Administration PhD Program is recruiting students to begin a Marketing track in the fall of 2008. We are recruiting individuals who intend to study full time. Assistantships, Scholarships, and Fellowships are available to doctoral students on a competitive basis.
The objective of the PhD program is to prepare our students to thrive when they take a position as a faculty member of a research university. The main strengths of our program are behavioral and international research. The program is designed to enable students to engage in research projects with faculty early in their doctoral program. Our Marketing faculty has published in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Retailing, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Advertising, Journal of Advertising Research, and other leading journals in their disciplines.
