We are a growing  department: this position will increase our numbers to seven marketing faculty. We are looking for a good colleague and someone who is interested in a university with a focus on undergraduate teaching but with support for research. We also have terrific support for professional development (conferences, professional memberships and the like). The Gabelli School of Business, Roger Williams University, invites applications for a tenure-track position in Marketing at the Assistant Professor level beginning Fall 2008.  Rank and a competitive salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities include teaching introductory and advanced undergraduate courses in Marketing.  The successful candidate will maintain excellence in teaching, engage in an active program of scholarship that results in peer-reviewed journal publications, participate in service activities, and advise undergraduate business students.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. from an AACSB accredited school at the time of appointment and have demonstrated effectiveness in both teaching and research.
