Full Professor of Management of Product Development
The new professor will be part of the Organization Science and Marketing (OSM) group and the graduate school BETA. OSM faculty participates in courses at the bachelor and master level. The research focus is on new product development, technology alliances, marketing and entrepreneurship/new venturing. Our faculty has published in the Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Research Policy and Organization Science among others. Apart from the new position the OSM group consists of two full-time professors (Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and Marketing), several parttime professors (e.g., Purchase & Supply Management, Strategic Alliances, Knowledge management), 10 assistant and associate professors, and 9 PhD students. The group also has three visiting professors: Michael Song, Mariann Jelinek and Tony DiBenedetto.

The successful candidate is expected to have established an international reputation as a researcher in his/her field and have an outstanding publication record in either marketing or management as well as a demonstrated ability to publish in top tier journals of the field. He or she will be an accomplished professional, who will cultivate an environment of excellence and collaboration to augment the institute’s academic, research, and service endeavors and will inspire and lead research initiatives that will have an international presence. Strong quantitative skills are desired. An advanced degree is required.
