If you have not already established an account with the Journal of International Marketing on Manuscript Central, please do so by clicking on "Create Account," which is in the upper-right-hand portion of the screen (above the ScholarONE logo). After clicking on "Create Account" you will proceed through a series of screens that will allow you to set up your account and submit your manuscript.
