The Marketing Department at the Sawyer Business School, Suffolk University, is pleased to invite applications for one tenure track position (assistant professor level) beginning September 2008. A second tenure track position may be available depending on funding.

The ideal candidate is one who is active in research and committed to excellence in teaching. In particular, candidates working in the area of Consumer Culture Theory (CCT) will be highly valued. We seek applicants who will develop research synergies with colleagues in our Department and bring research into the classroom where possible.

Teaching needs are in required and elective courses in the undergraduate program and include Principles of Marketing, Marketing Research, and Consumer Behavior. The department curriculum provides flexibility to accommodate the preferences and qualifications of most candidates.
