Relationship Marketing and CRM: Looking Back, Looking Forward
The field of relationship marketing has now been established for nearly 25 years. As we approach its 25th anniversary (starting from the presentation Professor Len Berry’s 1983 landmark American Marketing Association conference paper) it is an appropriate time to look backwards and synthesizing what has been accomplished as well as looking forward to near developments in this rich research domain.
We are now seeking abstracts of papers for presentation at the 3rd Annual Research Conference in Relationship Marketing and CRM? We would particularly welcome papers that:
- Look forward to future developments of the field
- Address radical new ideas in relationship marketing
- • Synthesize and extend previous work in relationship marketing
- Consider determinants of CRM success and failure
Contributions from new researchers are particularly welcome.
Abstracts, up to a maximum of 500 words should be submitted
