Applications and nominations are being accepted for the Helen Robson Walton Chair in Marketing at the Michael F. Price College of Business, The University of Oklahoma. This opportunity was made possible by an endowment honoring Helen Robson Walton, a graduate of The University of Oklahoma. It is intended to attract a rising or established scholar to join the exciting growth of the Price College of Business and the Division of Marketing and Supply Chain Management.

To be considered, a candidate must have an earned doctorate, demonstrated success in teaching, and have a national reputation for excellence in research in the field of marketing and closely related areas such as distribution. A willingness to collaborate with other faculty members and mentor and guide Ph.D. students is highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to contribute significantly to the Division of Marketing and Supply Chain Management’s on-going programs and to contribute to the further development of its long-standing reputation in the area of distribution.

The University of Oklahoma is a comprehensive research university offering a wide variety of undergraduate, graduate, continuing education, and public service programs. Its attractive 2000-acre Norman campus is located 20 miles south of Oklahoma City (metropolitan area approximately 1 million population).
