Two new LINKS simulations extend the LINKS simulations portfolio to 12. The LINKS Multi-Channel Management Simulation, targeted at channels management electives, includes competition between branded and private-label products across retail, direct, and major accounts channels. The LINKS Services Marketing Simulation is targeted at services marketing courses and marketing principles courses where a services simulation focus is of interest. Details about these two new LINKS simulations are available on the LINKS website:

One-hour teleconference briefings about these new LINKS simulations are available at the following times (all times are US Eastern Times):
- LINKS Multi-Channel Management Simulation: Wed Apr 4 @ 1030am or 130pm
- LINKS Services Marketing Simulation: Wed Apr 4 @ Noon or 300pm
There is no charge to participate in a LINKS Briefing, but participants are responsible for their own long-distance dial-in charges to participate in the teleconference.
