Free Online Access to Special Issue of JSR on "Managing Customers for Value"
The November 2006 issue of the Journal of Service Research is a special issue on the topic of "Managing Customers for Value." This special issue grew out of a major Thought Leadership Conference on the topic co-sponsored by the American Marketing Association, the Marketing Science Institute, and the ING Center for Financial Services at the University of Connecticut. It contains articles authored by some of the leading scholars in the marketing discipline. Sage Publications, publisher of JSR, is offering free online access to PDFs of all articles in this issue until December 31, 2006 at the following link:
