Dear colleagues,
I am trying to find a business game, simulation and/or a software educational programme that I can use for my class in Customer Relationship Management
Does anyone use any software for CRM teaching or any CRM related concept , e.g. calculation of customer lifetime value?
I would highly appreciate any help on this and as soon as compile feedback received, I will share it back with all of you
