The College of Management at the Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking candidates for tenure-track faculty positions, starting fall 2007.  We will consider candidates from the assistant to the chaired professor level.  Successful candidates should either have an established record of scholarship with top research publications or demonstrate potential for publishing in the top journals.  We seek candidates with excellence in research and teaching.  Salary and a teaching load of three semester courses per year are extremely competitive with leading research universities.
The College of Management is one of the leading business schools in the country offering programs leading to the Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. degrees in Management.  The College of Management has over 50 full-time faculty members and provides excellent opportunities for inter-disciplinary research programs both within the College and other departments in Georgia Tech.  Examples of such collaboration include the Engineering Entrepreneurship Research Program, the Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results (TI:GER), and the Management of Technology programs within the College.  In 2003, the College moved into its new home in Technology Square, which includes the Global Learning Center, Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, and the Economic Development Institute.  The College also has a Center for International Business and Education Research (GT-CIBER) that supports faculty research and curriculum development.

Georgia Institute of Technology is one of the top engineering schools in the world and is located in mid-town Atlanta, which provides for an excellent lifestyle and opportunity for accommodating dual careers.  Atlanta consistently rates as one of the best places to live and work in America.  In addition to over 10,000 companies associated with high-tech industries, the city also boasts over 5,000 restaurants and over 200 sunny days a year.  We will begin reviewing applications immediately upon receipt. The application deadline is December 1, 2006. Interested applicants should send their applications, including a vita and copies of research papers, to:
