CALL FOR PAPERS
IAMB 2007 CONFERENCE
The Gold Coast Hotel, Las Vegas
January 28- 31, 2007
Deadline First Submission: September 17, 2006

Theme: Gearing for the Globalization Era

The International Academy of Management and Business (IAMB) are inviting scholars and practitioners to submit papers, symposia, and posters for presentation. Papers are solicited in management and business-related areas such as: Organizational Behavior and Change; Conflicts and Negotiations; Human Resource Management; Technology Management; Innovation and Technology; Public Administration; Business Policy; Marketing Management; Financial Management; Operations Research; International Business; Cross Cultural Management; and Management Education and Training.

Authors are encouraged to submit an abstract of the paper or to submit “in progress” theoretical or empirical papers and case studies, or submit proposals describing their presentation. Extended abstracts (3 to 4 pages) describing your paper are acceptable in lieu of a full paper. Each submission must be accompanied by the Abstract Submission Form.

The submission of abstracts and proposals should be contained in a single file (MS Word), and sent to the Program Committee as an email attachment. The submission should include: title, name of author(s), email address, institution, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers of the author(s), and a proposal summary (not exceeding 2 pages) or the completed paper (not exceeding 15 pages). Authors are encouraged to visit the IAMB Web site below for guidelines on the submission of abstracts and full manuscripts.

The Program Committee will evaluate all submissions and will notify the submitter by email within 30 days whether the paper was accepted, rejected, or accepted with reservation. In the case of multiple authors, only the submitter will be notified and he or she is responsible for notifying co-authors.

The Program Committee advice is to submit abstracts by September 17, 2006 for first consideration and to ensure inclusion in the conference program and proceedings.
