The School of Business and Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside invites applications for a full-time position as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing beginning August 2007. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Marketing or be near completion (ABD will be considered for a one-year terminal appointment as a Lecturer with conversion to tenure track Assistant Professor if all requirements for the Ph.D. have been successfully completed by June, 2008.). Applicants must be able to teach sections of undergraduate Introduction to Marketing, Buyer Behavior, and Marketing Research. Candidates are expected to teach other marketing courses in the undergraduate or MBA programs, as needed. Applicants must provide clear evidence of a commitment to scholarly research and quality teaching. Applicants at the associate rank must meet these requirements and provide evidence of quality teaching and an active journal publication record that is commensurate with the associate rank. Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with ethical issues in marketing, such as the relationship between marketing, media, diversity, and social justice. Experience working with students from a variety of economic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds and the use of a variety of pedagogical styles is preferred.
The Undergraduate Business and MBA programs are accredited by the AACSB. The School offers baccalaureate programs in Business, Management Information Systems, and Computer Science. The Business program supports concentrations in accounting, finance, human resource management, marketing, and general business. Located in northern Kenosha County in the Chicago-Milwaukee corridor, much of the university’s 700-acre campus has been preserved in its natural wooded and prairie state. Well-known firms such as Daimler-Chrysler Corporation, Case New Holland (CNH), Jockey International, JohnsonDiversey, S.C. Tenure-Track Position in Marketing; Assistant Professor
The Campbell School of Business at Berry College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Marketing. The Campbell School desires excellent teachers with active research agendas consistent with AACSB accreditation standards. Teaching responsibilities are primarily in the undergraduate program, but may also include teaching in the MBA program.
Candidates should have an earned doctorate or be an ABD near completion and show evidence of a promising research agenda. Rank and salary will be commensurate with credentials and experience. Screening will begin July 31, 2006 and will continue until the position is filled. The preferred starting date is August 2007.

The Sport Management Department at the University of Michigan invites applications for a tenure track position in marketing starting January 2007 or Fall 2007. The position may be either Assistant or Junior Associate, depending on qualifications. The Sport Management Department offers undergraduate, masters and doctoral programs.
Beginning assistant professor candidates should have excellent research potential and more advanced candidates should have outstanding publication records in leading journals in marketing. Preference will be given to candidates whose research and teaching interests are in the areas of sport marketing, marketing research, and advertising. Candidates with other areas of interest will also be given serious consideration. Given that we are a Sport Management Department, candidates must have done research related to the sport industry. The ability to acquire private and/or public funds to support one’s research is highly desirable.

Position Information
The College of Business Administration seeks applicants with teaching and research interests and expertise in Chinese business for the tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of International Business. The position may require some teaching in another discipline in the college. Secondary interest in International Accounting, International Finance, or Comparative Cultures is desirable, but all International Business specializations will be considered. Applicants must have a doctorate in business or a closely related field, or expect to receive a doctoral degree by December 2007.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a student-oriented teacher, and have a record of (or potential for) intellectual contributions consistent with the expectations of an AACSB International-accredited institution. Expected start date is August 2007. Rank is expected to be at the Assistant Professor level and salary is competitive.
The College
The College of Business Administration is accredited by AACSB International—The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. There are three business departments—Accounting and Management Information Systems, Finance and Operations Management, and Management and Marketing—with approximately 40 full-time faculty members. The College has a current enrollment of approximately 700 undergraduate business students and 200 graduate business students. Degree offerings include the BSBA, BSIBL, MBA, MTAX, and MS in Finance.
