Registration is available for the next one-hour "Briefings" and five-day "Train-The-Trainer" distance-learning sessions for the LINKS simulations.  Randy Chapman, the LINKS author, leads these distance-learning sessions for academic faculty interested in learning more about teaching with the LINKS simulations.  The LINKS simulations portfolio includes enterprise management, marketing, services management, and supply chain management variants.

There is no cost to participate in LINKS "Briefings" or "Train-The-Trainer" sessions.  However, participants are responsible for their own long-distance calling charges.

One-hour "Briefings" are a convenient way to learn about LINKS with a minimal time investment.  No prior preparation is required to participate in a "Briefing."  The following one-hour "Briefings" are scheduled for Monday, May 9 and Tuesday, May 10 (all times are US Eastern Time):

• LINKS Enterprise Management Simulation:  Mon May 9 @ 415pm … or … Tue May 10 @ 1130am
• LINKS Marketing Strategy Simulation:  Mon May 9 @ 1230pm … or … Tue May 10 @ 215pm
• LINKS Services Management Simulation:  Mon May 9 @ 300pm … or Tue May 10 @ 100pm
• LINKS Supply Chain Management Simulation:  Mon May 9 @ 145pm … or … Tue May 10 @ 330pm

LINKS "Train-the-Trainer" distance-learning sessions are scheduled for May 31-June 6.  A total time commitment of 16-18 hours (including pre-reading of the LINKS participant’s manual) is typical.  "Train-The-Trainer" distance-learning sessions are available to academic faculty wishing to learn more about teaching with LINKS prior to adoption and use in instructors’ courses.  Details about LINKS "Train-The-Trainer" sessions may be accessed by pointing your favorite browser at this case-sensitive URL:
