About the Special Issue

Journal of World Business (JWB) invites the submission of articles that fit the theme "Revisiting the impact of International Business on economic development".

We particularly look for papers on the following topics:

• Host country effects of MNC restructuring
• New drivers and dynamics and consequences of international outsourcing
• Studies focusing on drivers and consequences of subsidiary reconfiguration
• Studies on the changing scope of technology transfer, spillovers and linkages
• Bargaining power and relationships between host-governments and MNCs
• Assessing the contribution of international business theories towards economic development.

Guidelines and submission information:

• Papers will be subjected to double-blind peer review in accordance with JWB guidelines.
• Guidelines for manuscript submission can be found at  the JWB website

• Authors should submit an electronic copy of their manuscript as a word-file which does not reveal their identity in the document (‘remove personal information from file properties on save’ in the tools-options-security tab).
