I am assisting Dr. Rajiv Grover of the University of Georgia on a ROMI project.  We are searching for empirical metrics of ROMI measurement that Dr. Grover intends to use to build a matrix of these types of measures.  We expect to do a full search of the academic literature and are looking for resources above and beyond this.  Specifically we are searching for metrics used with in industry that may be publicly available.

We have some of the papers that were presented at the ROMI conference in FT. Myers last week, articles from HBR and are looking for additional resources.
