I am in the process of building an interactive exercise that will challenge students to struggle with ethical and legal issues in personal selling. I’ve looked at sales literature, textbooks, and ethics statements of firms to compile a list of issues that salespeople face. You can find these on my blog:

Please take a look at the blog and help me identify any issues I’ve left out (must be related to salespeople). Also, if you have a good example of an issue, feel free to post that as well.
If you’d rather just send your thoughts to me off-line, please send me an email: scastleb@d.umn.edu
Thanks for your help and input!
