    Most executives who have tried to implement incentive and bonus programs notice the following. Dependence on awards raises a number of problems. The most unpleasant is the growth of demands on the part of the employees themselves. This situation can be projected onto yourself.

    It’s like an old man joke. Let’s say we promised ourselves to work an hour without a break for a cake. How long will this motivate you? Surely in two or three days you will no longer be satisfied with one cake, and you will want more. Fighting by increasing the “dose” is not an option, of course. So it’s better not to even start.

    Hello! You are right, the award is a good way to highlight the merits of a person in some area. Even for example, in a local sports competition.
