In this role, he is responsible for leading the social media and reputation management strategy and execution for the company’s Ford and Lincoln dealer customers. John has almost a decade of social media marketing experience working for Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies in the automotive and consumer goods industries.
Named in the 2018 SaaS Report as one of the top 50 women in Saas, Cassie leads Reputation.com’s Customer Success, Business Listings, Social Media and Review Response Operations. She was instrumental in hiring and developing a dynamic team for Reputation.com’s Arizona office.
