Reclaiming Opt-Outs and Unsubscribes

February 23 , 2021, 12:00 pm CDT

Update your subscribers’ email consent with a re-permission campaign! While many marketers have run these campaigns in the past as part of regular data hygiene efforts, the GDPR puts more compliance pressure on marketers to have consent records up-to-date. As a result, launching campaigns to update subscribers’ email consent can be tricky for marketers.

But beyond this, marketers can leverage re-permission campaigns to be strategic, benefit their audiences, and earn trust from customers. In this virtual workshop, we’ll cover re-permission campaigns, how to design a multi-touch customer experience, and re-permission strategies to help drive opt-ins and keep consent records updated.
