Jenny Stone is a Senior Marketing Consultant with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Fascinated by new forms of communication and technology, she drives thought leadership through innovation and takes an active interest in consumer behavior & digital trends across the online marketing space. Her in-depth understanding of technology, people, and the interaction between the two, helps her identify marketplace trends and create engaging campaigns. Her client portfolio at Salesforce has included Belk, Florida Power & Light, Newell / Rubbermaid, Office Depot, Crate & Barrel, PetSmart, HSN, Michaels Craft Store and The Gap. Prior to joining Salesforce in 2013 (she joined through the acquisition of ExactTarget), she was a Sr. Account Manager and Marketing Strategist with Yesmail, an ESP. Stone earned her B.A. in Studio Arts from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA and her M.I.T from AIU in Atlanta, GA. When she’s not working, you may find her spending time with herfamily, friends and dog, Pablo at a David Gray concert near you.

Rachel Boyles

A Product Marketer at Salesforce focused on Email and Content in the Marketing Cloud, Rachel Boyles loves finding stories in the data and staying current with industry trends. As a former Marketing Consultant, she spent 4 years working in the Customer Success Group at Salesforce providing marketing strategy and guidance to brands of all sizes, from Fortune 500 retailers to small business non-for-profits. Previous roles include Digital Brand Marketing at Bath and Body Works and Global Brand Marketing at ExactTarget. Boyles is passionate about improving the customer experience and providing the tools to make it easier for companies to connect the customer journey.
