In honor of Women’s History Month, please join Adobe for a Coffee Break series highlighting female leaders who have made a significant impact on the marketing community. In 10 minutes, each speaker will discuss her area expertise and provide advice to aspiring marketers. Make your next 10-minute coffee break a productive one.

Caroline Hull-Director, ABM Marketing, Adobe

Caroline Hull manages the ABM Marketing Team for Adobe’s Territory Segment, focusing on the full suite of products within Adobe Experience Cloud. An experienced Marketer with a demonstrated history of success in sourcing, influencing and accelerating pipeline. She works cross-functionally with the greater marketing organization as well as customer success and sales to ensure she delivers the ultimate ROI

Ginny Clarke- Chief Executive Officer of Ginny Clarke, LLC

Ginny Clarke was most recently Director, Executive Recruiting at Google from August 2016 until November 2020. In this role, she led the Diversity, Non-tech Recruiting, and the Leadership Internal Mobility teams. Her team of North American recruiters found and hired senior leaders (Directors +) for finance, sales, marketing and other G&A functions across Google.

She recently left to form Ginny Clarke, LLC, her own talent and leadership consulting business, which includes keynote speaking, podcasting and writing. Her podcast, Fifth Dimensional Leadership is for leaders, thinkers and future-makers dedicated to creating the conscious workplace of tomorrow.

Adara Bowen- Vice President of Growth, The American Marketing Association

Adara Bowen is vice president of the growth team at the American Marketing Association, overseeing innovation, user experience, marketing, and customer service. Prior to her current role, Adara was a champion for the launch and rollout of the AMA brand across its global support center, 70+ professional chapters, and 350+ collegiate chapters; and she played a strategic role in the association’s recent tech transformations.

She has worked across account management, brand strategy, business development and marketing at well-known firms Landor and Kaleidoscope. In addition to playing roles in the rebrands of both organizations, Adara contributed to delivering and winning work for companies like Procter & Gamble, Kraft Heinz, Kohler, Dow, ConAgra, Newell Brands, Elmer’s, Bell’s Brewery, Fairlife, Delhaize America and others.

Shundra Johnson- Owner, 4U Consulting & Media LLC

All 4U Consulting & Media LLC is a seasoned consulting company owned and operated by Shundra Johnson. For over 20 years, Shundra has worked with individuals and organizations promoting their brands through business launches, professional development conferences, and thematic events. Our offerings are diverse; however, our goal is simply to provide a quality experience each time to showcase our client’s brand. We have worked with NFL players, elected officials, small business owners, and City of Chicago departments.
 
In addition to her extensive event production and marketing experience, Shundra has served as guest speaker for Roosevelt University and Moraine Valley Community College. Shundra has a strong focus on the pathways to professional development. She is an active member of the Roosevelt University Alumni board, where she serves on the Experiential Education Committee; Past President of the Roosevelt University Southside Alumni Chapter; and Moraine Valley Community College Job Resource Center Advisory Board. Shundra has a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications and certification in Meeting Planning & Exposition Management from Roosevelt University.

Bridgett Colling- Director of Marketing & Communications, Figo Pet Insurance

Bridgett Colling is the Director of Marketing & Communications at Figo Pet Insurance, where her team connects pet parents to inspiration and resources to help pets live longer, happier lives. Throughout her career, Bridgett has worked almost exclusively with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, including Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, Chicago Ideas, and NPR Detroit. Bridgett is passionate about creating content that provides her audience with real value and using marketing’s influence within a company to improve employee experience. Outside of work, you can find her cuddled up on the couch with her rescue pets: Honey (a super sweet cattle dog mix) and Mushroom (a cranky but loveable tabby).
