Under her leadership, Talentfoot has built a reputation as the go-to search firm for private equity and venture capital backed startups, repeatedly matching extraordinary talent with hiring teams who have aggressive goals. Camille’s intense focus and thorough understanding of the digital ecosystem, brand, agency and vendor side, make her successful regardless of the nature of the search.

Camille oversees all functional areas of Talentfoot, including Marketing, Advertising, Communications, IT Human Capital, Accounting/Finance and Sales. She is specifically dedicated to the firm’s retained and executive level search assignments at the VP level and above. As a leader of an 18person team, nationwide, specialized in digital business, Camille also oversees the firm’s retained practice with the majority of her time spent with the C-suite.

Prior to founding Talentfoot, Camille led the digital marketing and media practice at one of the country’s largest global executive search firms, enabling the company to exceed its business and financial objectives in a competitive market. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Camille holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising with a minor in Technology, Art & Media. Shannon Deamer

With ten years of expertise and certified endorsements, Shannon Deamer is now the founder and chief executive officer of The Deamer Group. Shannon’s proficient track record includes increased direct-hire placements among teams, high client retention and rapid job placements for mid-level to executive roles. She earned both her BS in Psychology and BA in Sociology from University of New Orleans, and an MA in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Most recently, she has completed her coursework toward a Doctorate in Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

She is a Certified Staffing Professional as well as a Certified Search Consultant with the American Staffing Association. She is also a dynamic presenter and speaker having led numerous workshops for various organizations. She continues to oversee company operations while appearing as a speaker at events across the U.S. Using her mastery and leadership abilities, Shannon is invariably passionate about her goal to positively impact the lives of others.
