Sybil F. Stershic is a marketing and organizational advisor who has extensive experience helping service providers strengthen employee-customer engagement. A respected thought leader on engaging employees through internal marketing, she is the author of the award winning book, Share of Mind, Share of Heart – Marketing Tools of Engagement for Nonprofits; Taking Care of the People Who Matter Most: A Guide to Employee-Customer Care; and the long-running Quality Service Marketing blog.

Sybil graduated in Lehigh University’s first class of women and began her career in bank marketing. In 1988 she founded Quality Service Marketing specializing in internal marketing, marketing training, and planning facilitation. She also teaches marketing workshops nationwide for nonprofit and corporate professionals and is a frequent conference speaker.

Active in leadership and professional development, Sybil is a past Chairman of the American Marketing Association. In addition to her continued involvement with AMA, she is a member of the Advisory Council of Global Facilitators Serving Communities, Executive Committee of Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Board of Associates, and the International Association of Facilitators.
