First exposed to the concept of integrated marketing at Aspen Dental, Jon helped to develop and implement the digital and social media marketing strategy of a multichannel approach. Since then, Jon’s path has led to strategic roles at MedThink Communications, Capstrat and most recently Healthgrades where he provides the enterprise experience roadmap that enables the organization’s vision of delivering OmniChannel experiences for both Healthgrades and their hospital customers in a complex digital world. Jon earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo and a Sun Java internet application developer certification from Syracuse University.​
