​Elizabeth Miller is a professor of marketing as well as head of the Department of Marketing, Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. See received her Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. Her research foci include: affect and information processing, consumer behavior, health decision-making, and services marketing. She has been at the University of Massachusetts Amherst since 2011. Prof. Miller has published in the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing.
