​Randy Brandt is Founder and Principal of Voice Crafters®, a customer experience and loyalty research and consulting firm.  Over the past 30 years, Dr. Brandt has assisted more than 300 manufacturing and service firms in Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America with their efforts to improve customer and employee experience in order to drive business results.   He is a recognized thought leader and practitioner in this area, and in 2012, was named by Survey Magazine as one of “Twenty Researchers You Should Know.”

Randy formerly was Senior Vice President, Customer Experience Management at MaritzCX.  He is a CXPA Certified Customer Experience Professional, as well as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.   Dr. Brandt was a member of the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from 1993-95, and again from 1999-2000.   

Since 1988, Brandt has made over 260 presentations at conferences sponsored by such organizations as the American Marketing Association, the American Management Association, The Conference Board, the Council of American Survey Research Organizations, the European Society of Opinion and Marketing Research, the Institute for International Research, the International Quality and Productivity Center, the Society for Consumer Affairs Professionals, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  He has been interviewed on multiple occasions by the Wall Street Journal and Inc. Magazine, and also has authored articles appearing in a variety of academic and professional publications, including Customer Relationship Management, Human Communication Research, the Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, the Journal of Services Marketing, Marketing Management, Marketing Research, and Quality Progress.   Randy’s blogs appear regularly at LinkedIn and www.cxpa.org​.

Dr. Brandt holds a baccalaureate degree from Purdue University and a doctorate from Michigan State University.  He is former member of the faculties of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of North Texas.  Randy currently is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
