Her expertise is rooted in the retail industry but also includes real estate, hospitality, and non-profit. Retail experience includes delivering in-store, online and mobile customer experiences that drive revenue and enhance loyalty for Estee Lauder, The North Face, bebe, Express, and Best Buy. She brings big company and start-up expertise; she worked for Macy’s in buying and marketing capacities as well as mobile tech start-up GPShopper in analytical, strategic, and leadership capacities. She is an instructor of Digital Marketing and Job Hunting in a Digital World with General Assembly. Kim holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from University of Pennsylvania.
