All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted to the AMA via email at kmoran@ama.org. Cancellations received prior to or on August 18th will receive a refund minus a $150 early cancellation fee. Cancellations received after August 18th will receive a refund minus a $300 late cancellation fee. 

Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person’s name to info@ama.org at least two weeks prior to the event start date.

No refunds will be given on or after September 1, 2014. 
 
A conference registration may not be shared by two or more individuals. Space is limited and on-site registration cannot be guaranteed. Separate cancellation policies may exist for pre-conference programs, tutorials, and other associated events. Hotel and transportation reservation cancellations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline and/or other company.

The business school is accessible via interstates 85, 75 and Georgia State Route 400 or by MARTA, Atlanta’s rapid transit system. Wi-Fi will be available to attendees.

Hotel

Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory

The hotel is located about 2.2 miles southeast of the event venue and right near a MARTA station, allowing easy transport to and from the airport. Decatur is a quaint, two- to three-block city (square) with many restaurants, bars and clubs within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Shuttles are available for attendees to get to the the Goizueta Business School.

A discounted rate of $149 a night has been negotiated with the hotel.
