In some ways, it's not hard to outline the steps involved in completing a dissertation and landing one's first job. But how do we define and reach success once our post-Ph.D. academic careers begin? To support early-stage scholars as they answer these questions, this year's AMA Summer Academic Conference will include an Early-Career Mentoring session from 10 am - noon on Friday, August 4th. During this session, junior faculty will have the opportunity to hear from senior scholars in the field, who will share their insights about the journey to tenure (and/or other measures of success) in the form of a panel discussion. Further, participants will be able to form connections with eminent thought leaders during smaller-group roundtable discussions, and hopefully, form connections with others who are sharing similar journeys.

This event has passed and is unavailable for registration.
