IBM's Watson entered the mainstream when it competed on the TV gameshow Jeopardy! along with two human contestants. While at the AMA's 2016 Analytics with Purpose Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona, Marcus Hearne of IBM Watson Analytics (an event sponsor) shared some quick insights as to the future of predictive analytics and offered advice for small marketing teams hoping to take advantage of existing data.
