Andrew Swinand is the CEO of Leo Burnett Group. In this roll, he leads the Leo Burnett, Arc, Rokkan, and Turner Duckworth brands across the U.S. and Canada.
 
Andrew became CEO of Leo Burnett when the company acquired two companies he founded, The Abundancy, a digital agency, and Ardent Analytics. A serial entrepreneur, Andrew has helped launch 19 companies that span across digital marketing, media, technology, and analytics through an incubator he co-founded, Abundant Venture Partners.
 
Prior to founding Abundant, Andrew was president of Starcom MediaVest Group, one of the world’s largest media agencies. He oversaw all global operations and partnered with leading brands such as Walmart, Samsung, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble and Coke.
 
Previously, he served as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble and an account supervisor at BBDO. Andrew also proudly served his country as a platoon leader in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business.
 
He was recognized by Advertising Age as a “Media Maven” and by Mediaweek as one of the industry’s “Power 50.” He also appeared on the Crain’s Chicago Business “40 under 40” list. Andrew was inducted into the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement in 2008 and is on the board of the Ad Council.

Camille’s intense focus, complemented by her engaging personality, thorough understanding of digital ecosystem and expansive network, has led to exponential growth of the firm. In addition to overseeing the operations and growth of TalentFoot, Camille leads nationwide retained and executive-level search assignments for roles including Director, Vice President, President and C-Level positions.
 
Prior to founding TalentFoot, Camille established and led the Midwest digital marketing and media practice at one of the largest global executive search firms in the US. Her efforts helped this firm exceed business and financial objectives in a competitive market. In this role, she consistently reached Platinum Elite status, the highest honor at the firm, among other accolades.
 
Camille serves on the Executive Board of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA) as the Vice President of Corporate Relations. She has been featured in AOL, MSN Careers, Crain’s Business New York, CareerBuilder, TheLadders and Today’s Chicago Woman.
 
Camille holds a B.S. in Advertising, with a minor in Technology, Art & Media, from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She lives in Chicago with her husband and daughter, and enjoys golf, tennis and skiing.

In the fifth grade, Robert Rose’s teacher sent him home with a note that said ‘Robert likes to tell stories.’  Well, as it turns out, she was right. As the Chief Strategy Officer of The Content Advisory, the exclusive education and consulting group of The Content Marketing Institute, Robert develops content and customer experience strategies for large enterprises such as The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Oracle, McCormick Spices, Capital One, and UPS.
 
Robert’s book, Experiences: The 7th Era of Marketing was called “a call to arms and a self-help guide for creating the experiences that consumers will fall in love with.”  For the last three years, he’s co-hosted the podcast This Old Marketing, with Joe Pulizzi. Brad Batesole

Brad Batesole is an entrepreneur, startup advisor and marketing expert who develops training content
for LinkedIn.
 
Brad has spent more than twelve years working at the crossroads of business development, marketing,
and social media. He was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine as a young leader, launching his first successful business at the age of 15. Up until joining Lynda.com as an online marketing manager in 2012, he honed his skills working as a consultant alongside brands large and small, including LegalZoom, Clear Channel, eSolar, Dickies and Urban Outfitters. He has also served as an advisor to multiple startups,
providing marketing direction and strategic advice.
 
In addition to speaking at conferences nationwide, including CES, Brad is constantly staying up-to-date on the latest marketing tools and technologies. His enthusiasm for marketing is rivaled only by his passion for flying. As a private pilot, Brad volunteers with local charities to provide transportation to those in need.

Melissa G. Wilson

Founder, Networlding
Melissa G Wilson is a fifteen-year, veteran expert on the subject of networking and the “Networking Coach” at 6 Figure Jobs teaching 3000 executives LinkedIn over a 10-year period. Melissa has authored seven books on the subject, including one titled,"Networlding, that held a #10 spot on Amazon for an entire year and one that was a Wallstreet Journal bestseller.

This year Melissa came out with a new book, co-authored with networking expert, Billy Dexter, a partner at the executive search firm, Heidrick & Struggles,  called “Making Your Net Work: Mastering the Art and Science of Career and Business Networking.”

This new book takes the best of the authors’ networking stories, secrets, tips, tactics, and strategies and offers readers an insider’s guide to making your own net work.  Six years ago Melissa became a book publisher. Recently she also started a 501c3 organization called SparkStart. This nonprofit helps new adults get mentored through great books written by her executive leadership authors.

The reservation cut-off date is Friday, August 11, 2017.
The AMA has negotiated special group rates for the AMA Annual Conference 2017. You must make your hotel reservations by August 11, 2017 and properly identify yourself to qualify for the special group rate (based on availability). After August 11, 2017, the rooms will be released for sale to the general public, and all reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel's available rate - not at the group rate. A credit card deposit in the amount of (1) one night’s room and tax for each confirmed room will be charged at time of booking. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival and no-shows will forfeit the initial deposit of (1) one night’s room and tax. If you fail to arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your entire reservation will be cancelled and your credit card will be charged for (1) one night’s room and tax.

Check in time is 4:00 p.m., and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Anyone arriving earlier than 4:00 p.m. will be checked in as soon as a room(s) becomes available. Guests checking out early may be assessed an early departure fee. Please make any necessary date changes prior to the 72-hour cancellation period to avoid penalty.

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so you may want to bring a sweater/jacket.

Driving Directions 
Caesars Palace Las Vegas is located 3 miles from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. Upon departing the airport, follow directional signs to exit to the Las Vegas Strip via Tropicana Avenue. At the Tropicana intersection, turn right on Las Vegas Blvd. and Caesars Palace is located on the corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd.

Transportation
There are several commercial shuttles available upon your arrival at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport. The shuttles are located just outside of the baggage claim area. The average cost is $7.00-$11.00 per person one way. Shuttle reservations are not needed for trips from the airport to the hotels, however, you will need to schedule a reservation for your return trip to the airport. Shuttle fares are subject to change without notice.

Taxis are also available outside of the baggage claim area at McCarran Airport. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers. Taxis are approximately $20.00-$25.00 one way to and from the airport, depending on time of day and traffic.
